South Korea combines K-pop culture, cutting-edge technology, and ancient Buddhist temples into one compact country. Seoul dominates with nightlife and shopping, but mountain hikes, coastal escapes, and small towns offer a gentler pace. The tourism infrastructure is world-class, and English is increasingly common, especially in cities.

Incheon International (ICN) west of Seoul is the main gateway; Gimhae (PUS) near Busan handles secondary traffic. Both airports are modern and efficient. Immigration uses electronic passport gates; queues form during peak hours but move steadily. Processing usually takes 10–15 minutes. Signs and staff English are excellent.

Visa results start from a historical January 2025 base matrix with limited, documented corrections. A mapped destination-level source provides context only; it does not independently verify a passport-destination result.
