What VisaGlance is — and isn't

VisaGlance provides general information and free tools about visa requirements for international travel. We are not a law firm, not an immigration consultancy, and not a licensed visa agent, and nothing on the Site is immigration advice or legal advice. Using VisaGlance creates no advisory or client relationship of any kind. For decisions that depend on your specific situation — complex visa questions, immigration status, refusal histories — consult a licensed immigration lawyer or accredited immigration adviser. See our legal & disclaimers page for the full notice.

Using the Site

  • You may use VisaGlance for your own personal or business research.
  • Don't misuse it: no automated scraping that burdens the service, no attempts to breach security, and no unlawful use.
  • Don't republish our content or tools as your own. You're welcome to link to us and quote briefly with attribution.

Accuracy and "as is"

We work hard to be accurate and build from primary official sources, but visa rules, entry requirements, and third-party offerings change frequently and often without advance notice. The Site, its content, and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always confirm current requirements directly with the destination country's embassy, consulate, or official immigration authority before you travel.

Affiliate links and third parties

Some links on the Site may be paid affiliate links (see how we make money). We also link to third-party companies — travel services, visa assistance providers, insurers, and eSIM providers — that we don't control and aren't responsible for. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them; review their terms before purchasing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaGlance and the people who operate it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, its tools, or any third-party service we link to. Decisions you make based on the information here are your own.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and tools are owned by VisaGlance or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution; please don't copy substantial portions or reproduce our tools without permission.

Changes to the Site and these terms

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above; continuing to use the Site means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Where a specific forum is required, they are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VisaGlance's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
